The MARSHFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Septic System Assessment & Replacement at Tea Rock Gardens in Marshfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with documents prepared by GCG ASSOCIATES, INC..
The Project consists of but not limited to: Abandon existing septic system and connect onsite sewer to existing sewer. Repave disturbed areas. Reclaim and pave roadway and parking areas, remove and replace bituminous curb, install concrete handicap ramps. Restripe and renumber parking spaces. The work is estimated to cost $400,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. General Bids will be received until
26 January 2024 on 11:00AM EST and publicly opened online, forthwith. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the MARSHFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY.
