Septic System Assessment & Replacement-Tea Rock Gardens, Due: 1.26.24

The MARSHFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Septic System Assessment & Replacement at Tea Rock Gardens in Marshfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with documents prepared by GCG ASSOCIATES, INC..

The Project consists of but not limited to: Abandon existing septic system and connect onsite sewer to existing sewer. Repave disturbed areas. Reclaim and pave roadway and parking areas, remove and replace bituminous curb, install concrete handicap ramps. Restripe and renumber parking spaces. The work is estimated to cost $400,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. General Bids will be received until

26 January 2024 on 11:00AM EST and publicly opened online, forthwith. Septic System Installation-Grace Ryder, Due: 5.8.2024

The MARSHFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Sewage Disposal System Improvements at State Aided Development: Grace Ryder Complex (667-2)in Marshfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GCG ASSOCIATES, INC. 

The Project consists of but not limited to: Abandon existing sewage disposal field. Construct new septic  field and installation of a new wet well and pump station.

The work is estimated to cost $449,000.00.

All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 05/16/2024 at 10:00AM EDT for general bids.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L.149 §§26 to 27H  inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The MARSHFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Generator Installation at State Aided Development:

Grace Ryder Complex (667-2), 135 Main Street, Marshfield, MA 02050

Tea Rock Gardens (667-1), 824 Moraine Street, Marshfield, MA 02050

In accordance with the documents prepared by JOHN MURPHY JR. ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING, INC.. The Project consists of but not limited to:

Installation of two (2) emergency standby generators at two (2) sites. Tea Rock Gardens and Grace Ryder complex. Work to include new feeders, Automatic Transfer switches, surge protection devices, and circuit breakers.

The work is estimated to cost $398,000.00.
