NO SMOKING is allowed on any of the Marshfield Housing Authority properties.
Large breeds of dogs are not allowed. The pet policy prohibits any breed of dog over 30 pounds at maturity.
If you are offered a state subsidized family unit:
- Rent is 30% of your adjusted income
- Tenant supplies their own refrigerator
- Electric and gas is included
